Getting started
This page will take you through the first steps in using Railo Server. If you want to read a little more about what Railo is, you may want to visit the following pages about Railo the CFML engine.
Downloading Railo
Then you should download the latest build of Railo Server. Please choose the appropriate version for your operating system and download it. After you have downloaded Railo you can continue installing it. Please follow one of our installation guides that match to your operating system. An overview of the available guides can be found in the Railo blog. The list of course cannot be complete since almost every week someone in the community writes a new guide. After you have installed Railo, you can have a look at the Railo CFML Compatibility.
Documentation
If you need help you can either have a look at our wiki pages or use the very active Railo mailing list.
Support & Help
If you need help or you want to purchase one of the beneficial Railo bundles you should visit the commercial site of Railo. Here you will find support for your daily business or installation and consulting help.
Additional tags & functions
Since Railo allows one to write extensions that contain built in tags and functions the documentation only points out the tags and functions that are not supported in the basic installation.
Commercial support
If you like to obtain commercial support for your environment, you should have a look at the support plans on the commercial site. They can be tailored according to your requirements.
